What are the fees?
For any auction-style or fixed price vehicle listing, there is no insertion fee. This offer applies to vehicles listed on eBay Motors in the Cars & Trucks, Motorcycles, Powersports, or Other Vehicles & Trailers categories. Please see the chart below for details. Listings created prior to December 1, 2007 which are scheduled to start during the promotional period December 1, 2007 through December 2, 2007 will be eligible to receive the promotional rate.

You pay only a $50 transaction service fee if your car or truck sells (or $40 if it's a motorcycle), regardless of the selling price. All other fees (Transaction Services Fees, PayPal fees and all other optional listing upgrade fees) will still be charged. You can find a description of optional listing upgrade fees here.
What is excluded?
Listings in eBay Motors Parts & Accessories categories, international eBay sites including Canada, Live Auction listings, Professional Services, Motors Local Market, Store Inventory listings and listings on eBay.com are not eligible for this promotion.
The promotional rate does not apply to listings started prior to the promotional period but revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created during the promotional period December 1, 2007 through December 2, 2007, but scheduled to start after December 2.
