| Wow is right. When I was first taking it out of the box, I couldn't help but literally laugh out loud at the massiveness of the sub woofer; it's huge! It gives quite the kick. This system is a steal for the quality vs. price. I was going to save my money and go for the $150ish one... but I'm so glad I spent the extra $ and sprung for this one. I am very impressed and very pleased with my purchase. |

| value: For the features and quality of this product, nothing else in this price range comes close.
features: from multiple input types to built in Dolby DTS and Pro Logic decoding, no other speaker setup on the market has all this. Quality: as always with Logitech products, quality is top notch.
Performance: nice, loud, crisp, and clear! louder than you'd really ever need, but the bass is a little lacking compared to my old speakers and the sub enclosure is HUGE. Make the enclosure smaller and add more punch to the sub and this setp would be perfect.

| I've now owned this set of speakers for over one year. I feel that they are a great value for the price I paid $250.00. They will get louder than you will ever need, and with the levels set right no audiable distortion in a 25'x 30' room. There are adjustments for sub level, center level and surround level. I use all of the available inputs since I now use these speakers as my bedroom surround sound system. I have a cd player using the optical, dvd player using the digital, and tv using direct. All I had to do to use the direct inputs which are mini plugs was go to radio shack and pick up some RCA adapters. I plan on buying another set of these since they have held up to the daily abuse at high volume I give them. The only downside is that the Brain/Display module has to be within about 6-9 feet of the subwoofer and the cable can not be extended. |

| 500watts rms and peek 1000watts under $250?? really? i had shopped around and found no other optical audio solution for my high-end hand-built computer. they also work flawlessly with the the PS3's hd optical audio port(tosh link). warning the sub is the same size as a car audio sub(the kind you put in ur trunk to piss other people off). it will rattle ur neighbors, I've had many complaints with it turned on 80%, but its so worth it. if you are setting up a living room or less space these are perfect, but too big for a small desk, plus its 5.1 so where would you put the rear speakers. if you are looking for a setup for a great room 18'x 18' or bigger then you'll have to find a bigger speaker setup. i use them for my office 12' x 8'and will be getting a second set for my living room 14' x 15'. this is also logitec's flagship model and i bought them a year ago and there the same price, that tells you that they are selling enough to keep there value. |

| They are good speakers when they work... no auto channel function... sometimes does not turn on--- wires are cheap but work... it has a good subwoofer... speakers sound somewhat distorted at high volumes... does blow my mind however how loud this little set can go to... it is better than my sony 300$ 5.1 surround sound system... For the price its a hot item... lovely speakers.. you should'nt be dissapointed... |
