Drawbacks: (1)it looks a bit large (2)it doesnt have any zipper inside advantage: (1) It looks different (2)a little executive look ..so if you are a Masters or PhD student you can go for it..I may look good on suits too (2)it is cheap

Just a quick warning . . . I love this backpack, it's functional, has a nice appearance, and holds everything I need. However, on my first lengthy trip with it, one of the shoulder straps began to unravel where it is sewn to the top of the backpack. It didn't actually come loose, but the threads are starting to pull apart. I was carrying my laptop, power cord, 2 small books, and a pad holder--not unusually heavy. I contacted Kensington about warranty support and was told this model is no longer in production, to please select another for replacement. After many e-mails, it became clear that they have NO backpack available now to fit a 15.4" computer. We finally settled on a traditional briefcase style notebook case (which I don't actually need, but oh well . . . )

I was having a hard time finding a laptop bag that actually fit my laptop - a Dell Inspiron with a wide screen. This bag is perfect. It's also made well (very durable), and super light to cary.

I'm getting used to the green, but was hoping for Khaki. The material was softer than expected. For a toss-in-and-forget laptop backpack, it works. Not sure how durable the soft material will be, though. The lumbar support positioned on my lower back perfectly (I'm 5'7"). Other than the slight misadvertising, I'm happy with my purchase.

Great! high quality backpack at a great price. Big enough without being so large I annoy people as I ride trains trains and subways. plenty of easily accessible storage pocket made contects easy to organize and find

I like the number of pockets and it is very well made, solid construction and good design, strong material. I do wish it would come in black instead of the gray color, since black looks more "business-like" (I use it at work) and black would not show dirt, etc as much as the gray does. I think it is more suited to a college student than a business person, but I like it and got a fair deal.
