The FX 30 is a terrible blue tooth. It shuts off frequently and you have to adjust the volume constantly as when it powers off is takes the volume all the way down. Was this review helpful?

This is not a very good headset. The person using the headset can hardly be heard when they are talking to you. The charger broke after 2 uses and the company will not respond since buy.com says I have to contact the manufacturer for a return. Buyer beware, this is a piece of junk!! Was this review helpful?

I received the headset, followed the instructions, plugged it into charge...the red light came on for 30 sec. then nothing...this didn't even work out of the box. It's too cheap to send back. (not worth the return mail cost) Save your money, and buy a headset that's been reviewed with positive reviews...I took a chance, and lost. Was this review helpful?

I have never used a $100 blue tooth device. So way my review by that.
This device works fine.
Initially I had problem with how the one-do-it-all button worked. But I figured that you just need to press it hard and long enough.
The price makes it super affordable and useful.
A must have if you are ever put in wait while calling a customer service center, so you can do something else. Was this review helpful?

It doesn't fit very comfortable on my ear.
The buttons are pretty easy to get to, and the sound quality on my end is pretty decent but not loud enough to hear very well (just in a car with windows up and music off). But for this price, I didn't expect a whole lot. Everyone says they can hear a constant hum/buzz on their end, but they can still hear me ok.

After charging the battery, it connected with my iphone in about 10 seconds. It fits comfortable on my ear, the buttons are pretty easy to get to, and the sound quality on my end is pretty decent, but not crystal clear. But for this price, I didn't expect a whole lot. My girlfriend says she could hear a constant hum on her end, but she could still hear me pretty good. For as little as I'll be using it, it's a good bargain for this price. If I ever start using these bluetooth headsets alot, then I'll probably get a better one. Was this review helpful?
